1. The curing job will now start. If the drying cycle is turned
on, the unit will begin drying the parts. If the drying cycle
is turned off, the unit will begin curing the parts. Keep the
following in mind:
a. If the curing time appears longer than mentioned in
the recipe, it is because the ambient temperature in
the room is warmer than expected and the machine is
compensating by extending the cool-down time at the
ending of the curing cycle.
b. At the beginning of each curing cycle, there is a health
check of the LED lights. During this time, the chamber
will be dark with some flashes of light. After a few
seconds, the health check will complete, the LED lights
will turn on, and the curing will begin.
c. There are a few special recipes where the LED lights
repeatedly turn on for a few seconds and turn off for a
few seconds. This is normal and is part of the optimized
recipe for a few materials.
1. Once curing completes, the cooling cycle will begin. This will ensure that the temperature profile and curing consistency
for all parts during curing/drying is the same. For heated curing recipes, the standard cooling time is 30 minutes. For
unheated curing recipes, the standard cooling time is between 0-15 minutes.

REMOVE PARTS BEFORE THE COOLING CYCLE HAS COMPLETED.
