Description
1 Monitor
Involves commands for system maintenance and service fault diagnosis.
Commands at this level are not allowed to be saved after being
configured. After the device is restarted, the commands at this level will
be restored to the default settings.
Commands at this level include
debugging

terminal
,
refresh
,
reset
,
and
send
.
2 System
Provides service configuration commands, including routing and
commands at each level of the network for providing services.
By default, commands at this level include all configuration commands
except for those at manage level.
3 Manage
Involves commands that influence the basic operation of the system and
the system support modules for service support.
By default, commands at this level involve file system, FTP, TFTP,
Xmodem command download, user management, level setting, as well
as parameter setting within a system (the last case involves those
non-protocol or non RFC provisioned commands).

Modifying the Command Level
All the commands are defaulted to different levels. The administrator can modify the default command
level to improve management flexibility.

You are recommended to use the default command level or modify the command level under the
guidance of professional staff; otherwise, the change of command level may bring inconvenience
to your maintenance and operation, or even potential security problem.
z
When you change the level of a command with multiple keywords or arguments, you should input
the keywords or arguments one by one in the order they appear in the command syntax. Otherwise,
your configuration will not take effect. The values of the arguments should be within the specified
ranges.
z
After you change the level of a command in a certain view to be lower than the default level, change
the level of the command used to enter the view accordingly.
