— Defines the user-defined device name. The field

range is 0-160 characters.

System Location

— Defines the location where the system is

currently running. The field range is 0-160 characters.

System Contact

— Defines the name of the contact person. The

field range is 0-160 characters.

Serial Number

— Displays the device serial number.

Product C Number

— Displays the 3Com device 3C number.

System Object ID

— Displays the vendor’s authoritative

identification of the network management subsystem contained in

the entity.

MAC Address

— Displays the device MAC address.

System Up Time

— Displays the amount of time since the most

recent device reset. The system time is displayed in the following

format: Days, Hours, Minutes, and Seconds. For example, 41 days,

2 hours, 22 minutes and 15 seconds.

Software Version

— Displays the installed software version

number.

Boot Version

— Displays the current boot version running on the

device.

Hardware Version

— Displays the current hardware version of the

device.

Poll Now

— Enables polling the ports for port information

including speed, utilization, and port status.
