The camera web page uses VLC as the video player.

VLC video plugin file can be downloaded from the camera if it is not installed on the connecting PC/laptop

Firefox no longer supports the VLC plug-in. The web page will show JPEG images every second

For live video please use the 360 HD Discovery/Config Tool, this can be downloaded from the 360 Vision

Technology download section of the web site or requested from technical support.
