shock sensor are activated. During the next 15 minutes, the
Cadillock
®
Alarm checks whether all electricity consumers have been
deactivated, then there is one more confirmation tone as an
indicator that the voltage sensor has now been activated as well. If
any electricity consumers are activated in the vehicle even after
15 minutes, the function of the voltage sensor remains deactivated.
Switching off the alarm
Press the button
to switch off the alarm. A confirmation tone will
sound twice as an acknowledgement and now the Cadillock
®
Alarm
deactivates the alarm system and restores the interrupted power
supply to start the vehicle.
Mute setting mode
This function is intended for situations in which the vehicle is parked
in a populated area and it can be expected that the alarm may be
set off even without an intentional contact with the vehicle due to
masses of people or playing children. Therefore the mute setting
mode only deactivates the shock sensor but not the voltage sensor.
Press the button
in order to switch on the mute setting mode.
The Cadillock
®
Alarm disrupts the power supply of the car battery to
the engine’s ignition. After 30 seconds, the system runs in an acti-
vated mode. In order to deactivate the Cadillock
®
Alarm, press the
button
. To switch the alarm signal mode on again, press the
button .
Pre-warning
If the alarm system recognizes a suspicious situation – such as e.g.
a possible attempted theft and an intentional movement of the vehi-
cle, which activates the shock sensor –, the alarm signal will sound
for 30 seconds. When the user presses the button , the alarm sig-
nal is switched off, but all safety functions of the Cadillock
®
Alarm
(shock sensor, voltage sensor, immobilizer function) will remain
active.
