C. Registration information / customer card
PLEASE OBSERVE:
Your customer card is included in the scope of delivery. The device
number of your Cadillock
®
Alarm is noted on this card. In case the
remote control or your Allen wrench is lost or becomes defective,
you can order a replacement with the help of the device number. For
this purpose, however, you need to register your customer data on
the website www.cadillock.com
within one week from the date
of purchase
. Please store your customer card carefully.
D. Operating instructions for the remote control
Switching on the alarm
Press the button
in order to switch on the alarm mode. A confir-
mation tone will sound once as an acknowledgement and the
Cadillock
®
alarm disrupts the power supply of the car battery to the
engine’s ignition. After 5 seconds, the alarm function of the shock
sensor is activated; the voltage sensor after 30 seconds. If the door
is opened in the alarm mode during an attempted theft, the signal
of the siren will sound for 30 seconds. If the attempted theft is not
discontinued, the alarm siren will continue to sound four more times
for 30 seconds.
If any electricity consumers (e.g. the ventilator) are still active in the
vehicle at the time of the activation of the Cadillock
®
Alarm, the con-
firmation tone will sound four times (instead of once) when the
button
is pressed. This notifies the user that the voltage sensor
has not been activated. However, the immobilizer function and the
