12. Why some of the channels doesn’t show preview on TV monitor?

You need to check the stream setting on your NVR. Go to Main menu > Remote device, click on the pen
icon of the channel that does not show the live view, you need to change the stream to sub instead of main.
Then the live view should come back.

13. Why my preview stuck?

It mostly due to the resolution settings. For example if your NVR set to the resolutions of 960p and your
camera is sending image of 1080p, then the system will get confused. The easy way to fix it is firstly find
out what is the resolution setup on the camera and the NVR. Then change one of them to be the same as
others. Beware, the resolution mentioned here is the streaming resolution, not the monitor display
resolution.

14. I am using other brand equipment on this system, will it work?

Generally, if the system is using Onvif 2.0 standard or above, and have a clear indication of the
Management Port (Be aware, there are many ports, but we specifically need the port called MANAGEMENT
PORT), then there are chances that will work. But we cannot guarantee.
