Question
Answer
Where do I find the frame
number?
On most bikes, the frame number is stamped on the underside
of the bottom bracket. As the frame number cannot be stored
for logistical reasons, we ask you to record it in your bike pass-
port.
Where do I find the bike
passport?
The bike passport can be found in this manual under: 23 Bike
passport on p. 76
What is a wear part?
Wear parts are parts that are subject to wear due to their
function. For this reason, they should be regularly inspected,
serviced and replaced. They include moving parts such as the
chain, sprockets and front derailleur, as well as fixed compo-
nents such as brake pads, grips and saddles. Apart from other
factors, the service life of these parts depends very much on
the personal riding style.
Typical wear parts are, for example:
- Gear and brake cables
- Chains
- Cranks and sprockets
- Bottom bracket and steering head bearings
- Brake pads, discs and cables
- Seals and lubricating oil of suspension elements
- Grips
- Tyres and inner tubes
- Mudguards
- Batteries
Where can I get spare parts
for my bike?
We usually always have spare and wear parts in stock. You can
order them conveniently on our partner website www.penta-
gonsports.de or via our service telephone number.
Unless it is a warranty service, spare parts are delivered on our
usual terms.
Is there a weight limit for
my bike?
Every bike, whether pedelec or not, has a weight limit. You will
find the weight limit for your pedelec in this operating manual
and on the type plate on your bike.

after delivery?
