Result
In the terminal list, the icons show the microphone and sound status of the terminal.

The microphone of the conference site is enabled, and this site can be
heard in the conference.
The microphone of the conference site is disabled, and this site can’t be
heard in the conference.
The sound speaker of the conference site is enabled, and this site can
hear the sound from other sites.
The sound speaker of the conference site is disabled, and this site can’t
hear the sound from other sites.

Add a Terminal
Places a call to a terminal that is not in the conference list when the conference
is ongoing. The new terminal must have registered on the GK successfully.
Remove a Terminal
Removes a terminal forcibly from the conference list. The terminal will not be
displayed in the conference list until the chairman performs the
Add Terminal
operation.
Reconnect a
Terminal
Calls a terminal that is in the conference list. The terminal is disconnected due
to a network error or hangup.
Disconnect a
Terminal
Disconnects a terminal that is in conference. After the terminal is disconnected,
it cannot join in the conference but still exist in the conference list. In this case,
the chairman can perform the
Call Terminal
operation to reconnect the terminal.
