Name of a record, defined by the user.

Set the conference type when calling the contact.

Set the conference rate when calling the contact.

IP address of the contact.

number registered during the H.323 setting.

Adding a multipoint conference group
You need to add every single address participating the multipoint conference to the
Address Book
first.
a. Select
Multi-Point
. The
Add Multi-Point
screen is displayed.
b. Configure the parameters of the multipoint conference group.

Name
: Set the name of the multipoint conference.
l
Call Rate
: Select the call rate of the conference.
l
Select the terminals to attend the conference. Up to four terminals can be
selected.
c. Select
Save
. The system will pop up the successful message.

2.5.2 Calling for Conference by Using Address Book
You can call an address saved in
Address Book
.
l
Every terminal can call a single address in
Address Book
to start a point-to-point
conference.
l
Only the terminal with embedded MCU can call a multipoint conference group in
Address Book
to start a multipoint conference.
Prerequisite
There is one address at least on the
Address Book
screen.
Steps
1.
On the
Address Book
screen, move the cursor to select an address by using the
remote control. Alternatively, you can log in to the Web page and select a remote
address in the address book.
2.
Press the
Call
key on the remote control to start the call.
