Deleting a Group
1. Touch the
Home
key
> > Contacts > GROUPS
.
2. Touch a group and then touch
> Delete group
.
3. Touch
OK
to disband the group. The contacts in the group will not be deleted.
Editing a Group
1. Touch the
Home
key
> > Contacts > GROUPS
.
2. Touch a group
> > Edit group
.
3. Touch the group name to edit it, or touch the field below
MEMBER
,
RINGTONE
, or
NOTIFICATION RINGTONE
to add more members or change the ringtone.
4. Touch .
NOTE:
To remove group members, touch a group and then touch
> Multi-select
and
select the members you would like to remove. Touch
> OK
.
Searching for a Contact
1. Touch the
Home
key
> > Contacts
and then touch to search.
2. Enter the contact name or other information (such as phone number) you want to
search for. The contacts matched will be listed.

Setting a Ringtone for a Contact
Assign a special ringtone to a contact, so you know who is calling when you hear the
ringtone.
1. Touch the

> > Contacts > CONTACTS
.
2. Touch a contact you want to set a ringtone for, and then touch .
3. Touch
More Fields > Default ringtone
.
4. Select a ringtone you like and touch
OK
.
5. Touch .
Deleting Contacts
1. Touch the
Home
key
> > Contacts > CONTACTS
.
2. Touch and hold the contact you want to remove.
3. Check more contacts if needed, and then touch .
4. Touch
OK
to confirm.
Linking Contacts
As your phone synchronizes with multiple online accounts, you may see duplicate
entries for the same contact. You can merge all the separate information of a contact into
one entry in the Contacts list.
1. Touch the

> > Contacts > CONTACTS
.
2. Touch a contact entry to display the contact’s details.
3. Touch
> > Link
.
4. Touch the contact whose information you want to link with the first entry.
5. Touch to save the joined contact.
