Clean upper thread guide elements
Dust and lint gradually collect in the holes of the upper thread guide elements and at the
thread tension devices (especially the pretension regulators). For this reason, clean the
thread guide elements regularly.
• In the event of severe obstruction, unthread the upper threads.
• Clean the upper thread guide elements with a small brush or compressed air.
