How to use
1. A enables the Override Transfer On Hook feature.
2. During the conversation with B, A presses the Hold icon and establishes a new call
with C.
3. A hung up the handset.
4. The call will transfer to C and B.
Three Way Call Release Type:
This feature allows the participants of a local conference to keep talking when the
chairman leave.

Transfer Release Trigger
This option defines the time when the phone sends BYE to the server to release the
transferred call.

1. NOTIFY with 200OK
After receiving REFER request send by phone, the server will send NOTIFY to the phone,
and the phone response 200 OK, this is the trigger for the phone to release the call.
