Click “Select firmware file “button and select firmware package(*.sfw), the you can see file information at
“ USB firmware” at bottom side. The information of “Chip Information” section is for firmware information
inside of instruments. Please compare with two dates and only if target firmware’s date is newer, try to
update the firmware.
When you click “Upload” button, then update process will be started and you can see progress bar about
update progress.
Note: Do not other work during update progress..

From serial number R**********S , You must move ROM switch to write enable direction inside of
SP2 to burn new usb firmware.

After burning USB firmware, you must set the ROM switch as write protected direction.
B. FPGA firmware update
To update fpga firmware; Select channel number.
Click “Select firmware file “button as the above and select firmware package(*.sfw), the you can see file
information at “ file information” at bottom side. The information of “Chip Information” section is for
firmware information inside of instruments. Please compare with two dates and only if target firmware’s date
is newer, try to update the firmware.
When you click “Upload” button, then update process will be started and you can see progress bar about
update progress.
Note: Do not other work during update progress..
If the update is finished, turn off the instrument and turn on..
