If the progress bar stops, it is mainly due to lack of resources in the computer. Close other
application programs and turn-off /turn on the instrument and try to update firmware again.

Do not turn off during firmware upgrade. After Firmware upgrade, you must turn off ZIVE SP2
and turn it on
