4.1.3 Command
Choose a command in the command list box and complete data if necessary.
For more information on how to work with the commands see
“Overview of the different actions” on page 15.
4.2 Remarks
• Completing the content of a cell on Level 2 and Level 3 is similar to
completing the content of a cell on Level 1.
• Save your file when you are ready or when you want to stop editing. Use
File > Save aas to give your file a new name. Use FFile > Save to save it with
its existing name.
• Use FFile > Open to open an existing file
• To add a new page to your file select in the menu D
Document > Add new
page or click in the Page settings window after selecting D Document
> Page settings.
• You can add a page, change the name of a page, the number of cells, the
spacing between the cells and the background color of a page.
