10.3. Starting Problems
10.3.1. The device does not run, the display is dark and there is no acoustic signal.
Plug in the power cable.
Turn on the power switch.
Check the mains fuses. To do this, unplug the mains cable.
The mains fuses are located behind the coverage on the power inlet. Loosen the upper and
lower fastenings of the fuse holder with a screwdriver and remove the fuse holder. Inspect the
fuses and replace with fuses of the same type and rating, if necessary.
If the above measures are not successful, please contact customer service.
10.3.2. The device is running, the acoustic signal after switching on the device was there but the
display does not run
Check the display serial cable. Therefore open the cover and check, if the display cable is
correctly attached.
After reattached the cable, close the cover and connect the power inlet cable and start the
device.
If the above measures are not successful, please contact customer service.
10.3.3. The device is running, the acoustic signal after switching on the device was there, the start
window is displayed but there is no reaction to the touch of the screen
Check the touch cable. Therefore open the cover and check, if the touch cable is correctly
attached.
After reattached the cable, close the cover and connect the power inlet cable and start the
device.
If the above measures are not successful, please contact customer service.
10.3.4. The device is running, the acoustic signal after switching on the device was there but the
display is dark and there is not reaction to touch of the screen
Check the backlight cable. Therefore open the cover and check, if the backlight cable ist
correctly attached.
After reattached the cable, close the cover and connect the power inlet cable and start the
device.
If the above measures are not successful, please contact customer service.
10.3.5. There is no acoustic signal even if an error message is displayed.
Unplug the power cable from the power inlet.
Opening the cover.
Check if the speaker cable is attached to the main board.
Reattach the cable and close the cover.
