3. How to unpack Sens-Aid
Sens-Aid is delivered wrapped in recyclable plastic.

Start by checking that the packaging is undamaged.

Remove the plastic bag and any protective material. Avoid using a knife when opening the
packaging as this may damage Sens-Aid and the included bag.

It might be a good idea to unfold Sens-Aid in a chair, see the instructions in Section 2

Be sure to save these instructions for use, as well as the cleaning information for future
reference.
ACCESSORIES
Sens-Aid comes in a practical and smart bag with a shoulder strap, which makes it easy to take
Sens-Aid with you anywhere you need it. At the same time, the bag protects Sens-Aid from dirt
and grime. A washable cover is included with the purchase of Sens-Aid.
For many, it can be both the most practical and hygienic option to have several covers for
Sens-Aid and the hood, e.g., if one Sens-Aid is being used by several users, or to ensure there
is always a clean and dry cover available. If the cover is damaged or if extra covers are needed,
they can always be purchased separately, either on the ZiboCare website or by contacting
customer service.
