Sit down in the chair on top of
Sens-Aid.
Placement:
Place the folded
Sens-Aid in the chair, ensuring
that the back with the anti-slip
surface faces down before sitting
down. Spread the wings over the
chair. The upper wings may be
folded upward over the back of
the chair. The middle and lower
wings are folded over the sides
of the chair and possibly the
armrests.
The middle wings
are placed
around the stomach. In this case,
you may also use the pockets for
your hands and arms and feel
the calm that arises when you
”gather your body” with your
arms in the pockets.
The lower wings
are placed on
the thighs. The pockets can be
used if you need to calm your
arms and hands.
The upper wings
are placed on
the shoulders so that the weight
is experienced on the shoulders
and the chest. This helps to
deepen breathing and has a
calming effect on both the body
and the head.
