10. Cleaning
Caution!
Pull the power plug out, every time, before cleaning
the machine.
We recommend that you clean the device directly af-
ter every use.
Clean the drum with water after each use of the con-
crete mixer.
Remove cement and mortar residues. Do not tap mo-
tor casing and drum with a shovel or any other hard
object, as these can be damaged.
11. Transport
Caution!
Pull the power plug out, every time, before transport-
ing the machine.

Set the filling opening downwards.
2. During transportation by motor vehicle, remove
the screws and fold the stands.
3. Lock the mixer with a strap to prevent displace-
ment
4. Do not lift the concrete mixer with the help of a
crane
For short transport, slightly tilt the concrete mixer and
transport it on the wheels.
12. Storage
Store the device and its accessories in a dark, dry
and frost-free place that is inaccessible to children.
The optimum storage temperature lies between 5 and
30 ˚C.
Store the device in its original packaging. Cover the
device to protect it from dust or moisture. Store the
operating manual with the device.
13. Maintenance
ATTENTION!
Disconnect the mains plug before carrying out any
maintenance work.
Checking/re- adjusting belt tension
Caution! Switch off the machine, wait for the drum
to come to a standstill and pull out the power plug.
• Remove the cover of the motor casing, check the
belt tension (on pressing the belt with the finger, it
should yield by approx. 5 mm.)
• Belts are wear and tear parts that must be replaced
after a certain period. If necessary, detach the
screws on the motor, replace the belt, adjust the
correct tension and tighten the screws again.
• Reinstall the motor cover.
Connections and repairs
Connections and repairs of the electrical equipment
should be performed by electricians only.
Please quote the following information in your
queries:
• Current type of the motor.
• Data on the machine ratings plate.
• Data on the engine ratings plate.

Please note that the following parts of this product
are subject to normal or natural wear and that the fol-
lowing parts are therefore also required for use as
consumables.

14. Disposal and recycling
The unit is supplied in packaging to prevent its being
damaged in transit. This packaging is raw material
and can therefore be reused or can be returned to
the raw material system.
The unit and its accessories are made of various
types of material, such as metal and plastic. De-
fective components must be disposed of as special
waste. Ask your dealer or your local council.
Old devices must not be disposed of with house-
hold waste!
This symbol indicates that this product must
not be disposed of together with domestic
waste in compliance with the Directive
(2012/19/EU) pertaining to waste electrical and
electronic equipment (WEEE). This product must be
disposed of at a designated collection point. This can
occur, for example, by handing it in at an authorised col-
lecting point for the recycling of waste electrical and
electronic equipment. Improper handling of waste
equipment may have negative consequences for the
environment and human health due to potentially haz-
ardous substances that are often contained in electrical
and electronic equipment. By properly disposing of this
product, you are also contributing to the effective use of
natural resources. You can obtain information on collec-
tion points for waste equipment from your municipal ad-
ministration, public waste disposal authority, an author-
ised body for the disposal of waste electrical and
electronic equipment or your waste disposal company.
