8. Assembly / Before commissioning

ATTENTION!
Always make sure the device is fully assembled
before commissioning!
Installing wheels (
Bag provided
A) (Fig. 4)
Install splint on both sides, washer, wheel (g), washer,
splint on the supporting stand rear with wheel axle (f).
Bend the splints slightly after installation.
Fitting foot to frame (enclosed accessories bag
B) (fig. 5)
Mount foot (k) with 2 screws, 2 washers, 2 spring
washers and 2 nuts to the frame (j) and tighten se-
curely.
Attention!
Make sure that the side with the larger
hole spacing is on the other side of the foot! (fig. 5)
Fitting foot with wheel to frame (enclosed acces-
sories bag C) (fig. 6)
Mount frame and foot with wheel (f) with 2 hexa-
gon screws, 2 washers, 2 spring washer and 2 nuts.
Tighten the screws firmly.
Fitting drum lower section (enclosed accesso-
ries bag D) (fig. 7)
Mount the bearing retainer (d) and the locking wash-
er (b) on the designated position on the lower drum
section and place it on the pre-assembled frame and
tighten the locking washer with two screws, two wash-
ers, two spring washers and two nuts (D).
Fitting mixing drum (enclosed accessories bag E)
(fig. 8)
Secure the mixing drum (m) to the drum lower section
(e) with 2 washers and 2 nuts using 2 hexagon screws.
Insert one rubber washer each between mixer and drum!
Fitting drum upper section (enclosed accessories
bag F) (fig. 9)
Put on the upper section of the drum.
ATTENTION!
The pasted arrows mark the exact
direction of the upper or lower section of the drum.
Align the upper section of the drum and mount it on
the lower section of the drum with M8x20 hexagon
screws, washers and spring washers and tighten it.
Secure the mixing drum (m) to the drum upper sec-
tion (a) with 2 washers and 2 nuts using 2 hexagon
screws. Insert a rubber disc between the mixer and
the drum!

7. Unpacking
Open the packaging and carefully remove the de-
vice. Remove the packaging material, packaging and
transport safety devices (if applicable). Check that
the delivery is complete. Check the device and ac-
cessory parts for transport damage. In the event of
complaints the carrier must be informed immediately.
Later claims will not be recognised.
If possible, keep the packaging until the end of the
warranty period.
Familiarise yourself with the product by means of the
operating instructions before using for the first time.
With accessories as well as wearing parts and re-
placement parts use only original parts. Replacement
parts can be obtained from your dealer.
When ordering please provide our article number as
well as type and year of manufacture for your equip-
ment.
