ADJUSTMENT

ONE-AXLE TRAILER HITCH ADJUST-
MENT
1. Raise the hydraulic lifting arms into
the upper – transporting position,
when the position control “P” is se-
lected.
2. Screw the telescopic tie-rod nuts to
the guide tube without any clearance.
3. Then tighten the nuts by 3.5 turns.
4. Check if it is possible to lift off the
carrier hooks freely.
5. Lower and lift the hydraulic arms to
the transport position repeatedly to
make sure that the engine is not “get-
ting stopped“ at idle run – the safety
valve of hydraulic pump must not be
in function.
6. Then lower the arms a little.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE RELEASING
BOWDEN CABLE
The hitch is in the working position. The
Bowden cable must be under such ten-
sion so that the control lever in the cab
has no clearance. If the Bowden cable is
not tensioned sufficiently, adjust it by
means of the adjusting screw (1) by
screwing on or off. Lock the adjusting
screw with the lock nut (2) after finishing
of adjustment.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE CONTROL
FORCE ON THE LEVER OF THE HY-
DRAULIC INNER CIRCUIT
To adjust the friction force of the inner
hydraulic circuit lever (1), tighten the nut
(2) so that a spontaneous dropping of
the lever could not occur in any position
of the inner hydraulic circuit lever with
selected mode of the force control.
