CHECK AND ADJUSTMENT OF
SERVICE AND PARKING BRAKES
Adjustment must be done in the following
order:
1. service brake adjustment
2. parking brake adjustment
Another way is not possible. Also only
separate adjustment of either service or
parking brake is not possible. Adjusting
operations depend on one another.
SERVICE BRAKE ADJUSTMENT
Secure the tractor against move-
ment!
1. Lift the tractor rear wheels.
2. Loosen the nuts (2), nuts (6) and nuts
(8).
3. Loosen the screw (7).
4. Let your assistant rotate one wheel
and simultaneously tighten the screw
(7) until the wheel starts to be braked.
5. Loosen the screw (7) by 5/6 turn,
check if the wheel can rotate freely
and secure the screw (7) with the nut
(6).
The adjusting procedure is the same
both for the right-hand and left-hand
tractor side.
