Installing the connector cord hanger

Unwind and straighten the connector cord.
●
1 Put the connector cord hanger (13) into one of the two
openings located at the upper part of the steam generator.

Place the connector cord in the bend of the connector
cord hanger (13) .
Preparing the steam generator to operation:
first ironing

Remove all the wrapping films and stickers from the iron
baseplate and casing.

Unwind and straighten the terminal and the connector
cord.
3 Fill the water reservoir (6) (see: Filling the water).
4 Start the appliance (see: Starting the appliance).

Select water hardness level by pressing the water
hardness selection button . Proof the water hardness
level by using the water hardness tester (see: Proofing the
water hardness tester).

Select the maximal steam emission level by pressing the
fabric and steam emission selection button „ ” until
you see MAX setting displayed ( ).
7 The steam boiler heating indicator starts to
blink signalling that the steam boiler has started to heat.
8 Shift right the steam emission regulator to the position
.
9 The steam boiler heating indicator stops
blinking (no longer displayed on LCD display) as soon as
selected temperature of the steam boiler is reached.

When the iron baseplate and the steam boiler are ready
to use, the red pilot light will be switched off and the green
pilot light will be switched on.

The appliance is ready to use.
12 Keep the steam emission button (1) pressed for ca.
1 min in order to clean the steam emission system.
13 Press the steam emission button (1) in order to steam
iron. In order to initiate steam emission it may be necessary
to press the steam emission button (1 ) several times.
14 While the steam emission button (1) is being pressed,
you will see steam emission level indicator blinking on the
LCD display.
15 It is recommended to iron a less precious item at the very
beginning, e.g. an old towel.
Until the appropriate temperature of steam
boiler is reached, you cannot do steam ironing.
If you press the steam emission button (1)
before appropriate temperature of steam boiler
is reached, you will hear a sound signal.
Appropriate temperature of steam boiler shall
be reached in ca. 1 min.
AS SOON AS YOU FINISH THE IRONING
Press
●
the on/off button in order to switch off the
appliance.
Disconnect the steam generator from the power supply.

As soon as the iron is cooled down completely, empty
●
the water reservoir (6) and store it in a safe place in
a horizontal position.
Ironing
Always follow the producer’s recommendations
you see on the clothing item’s label.
1 Unwind and straighten the terminal and the connector
cord.

Fill the water reservoir (6) (see: Filling the water).
3 Start the appliance (see: Starting the appliance).
DRY IRONING
When one of the options from 1 to 4 is selected (from
„
” to „ ” ), you can iron in dry mode
only and no steam is generated. If you operate the iron with
these settings, you will see red pilot light .
1 If you press the steam emission button (1) with iron
settings from 1 to 4, you will hear a sound signal but no
steam shall be generated.
2 The pilot light (2) will be switched off automatically as
soon as appropriate temperature of iron baseplate is reached.
3 The appliance is ready to use.
STEAM IRONING
When one of the options from 5 to 9 is selected (from
„
” to „ ”), you can use steam
while ironing. In order to perform steam ironing keep on
pressing the steam emission button (1) . In order to initiate
this function, it may be necessary to press the steam
emission button (1) several times.
1 Depending on the type of fabric you want to iron, select
the required steam emission level by using the fabric and
steam emission selection button .
2 The steam boiler heating indicator starts to
blink signalling that the steam boiler has started to heat.
If you press the steam emission button (1) , you will hear
a sound signal but no steam shall be generated.
3 The steam boiler heating indicator stops
blinking (no longer displayed on LCD display) when the
selected temperature of the steam boiler is reached.
4 When the iron baseplate and the steam boiler are ready
to use, the red pilot light will be switched off and the green
pilot light will appear.
