Unauthorized modifications of the Microscope System will cancel this declaration.

The product and its accessories have been classified as instrument category 9 (laboratory equip-
ment or comparable standard). The product and its accessories comply with the EU-regulations
2011/65/EU (RoHS) and 2012/19/EU (WEEE), as applicable for the product.

In addition to the European and international guidelines and standards, the 21 CFR §1040.10:
"Performance Standards for light emitting products - laser products" applies for the USA.

directives.

The product may not be disposed of in the household waste or through municipal waste disposal
services. If the product is resold, the seller shall be obliged to inform the buyer that the product
must be disposed of in accordance with the regulations.
