6.3.5 Adjusting the Lateral Position of the Carbon Nozzle
After a height adjustment of the carbon nozzle, you need to fine adjust the lateral position of the
carbon nozzle. The lateral position sets the spring loaded hard-stop position of the swing arm.
Info
Some users may find it easier to start with a coarse adjustment with the star screw clamp for
nozzle holding and adjustment, and then make fine adjustments by means of the fixing
screws. This takes advantage of the small amount of “play” in the whole structure when the
fixing screws are slackened.
Info
The Focal CC is supplied with a tool for star screws. Keep the tool in a safe place for future
use.
