: Using this button you can switch back to the basic LED white
balance setting. This setting is optimized for a LED light temperature of
5500 K.
Color Adjustment
Using the color sliders you can increase or decrease the proportion of each
basic color. Please note that each time a change is made, a proportionate
adjustment of the other colors also takes place automatically. The use of
the color sliders is recommended in particular for manual adjustment of the
white balance in image regions that are completely filled. Here the
automatic method can lead to color distortion. In this case also try the 3200
K standard setting as an alternative.
Notes:
Please note, that the display curve has to be adapted to the gamma
value 0.45 in the histogram for a realistic color reproduction.
On a microscope, however, the brightness of a halogen lamp is often
adjusted by changing the lamp voltage. This changes the color of the light
emitted at the same time, though.
By moving the
slider it is possible to adjust the
target color value of the white balance to the color temperature of the
halogen illumination.
At the middle setting, the color white (R=B=G) is taken as a neutral value.
This neutral value can also be achieved at any time by clicking on the
Reset
button.
Alternatively, you can influence the color channels individually by activating
Show channels
:
Clicking on the buttons
and
allows you to change the weighting
of the individual color channels manually. By using this method, the white
balance you have generated can be subsequently changed. Each click on
the arrows shifts the weighting of the colors in the direction indicated.
