1.  The sandwich-bottom (3 layers) of the cooker is made by a friction pressure

machine, which ensures the bottom heating touch area the same.

2.  The multi-device ensures that the pressure cooker is working normally.
3.  The pressure indicator makes easy to read the pressure inside. (Fig 6)

1.  Before use, make sure that the holes of both the safety valve and pressure-lim-

iting valve of pipe are unobstructed. If any of them is obstructed, clear them

with the dredging needle. (Fig.7 observe whether the steam-releasing pipe is

obstructed or not.)

1)  The cooking pressure is normal(Yellow color)

2)  The cooking pressure is not normal(Red color)

Close the lid as illustrated on pictures A and B (Fig. 8).

Before turning the knob, please press the knob slightly.

In order to raise the temperature quickly, heat with high heat until the safety

valve begins to work. Take care not to use higher heat than if necessary. It is

normal for a little steam to seep from the safety valve after heating for a while.

There should be no steam seeps after the safety valve rises and the cooker

works normally. When the safety valve rises and steam comes out continuously

and give off “squeak,” heat should be lowered, at the same time allowing the

safety valve to release and starting to count heating time.

Fig. 8

Please clean the pressure cooker, add water and heat for half an hour before first

use, in order to eliminate odors.

2.  Close the lid.

3.  Adjust working pressure.
