and liquid will come out when boiling, and especially when the pressure is

reducing fast.

19. Don’t cook expansive food such as apple jam, seaweed, oatmeal, etc., to avoid

blocking the steam-releasing pipe.

20. Keep the pressure-limiting valve, sealing ring, lid and cooker body clean and

clear of grease and grime before and after using.

21. The pressure cooker should be used on a stable stovetop. Don’t put the

pressure cooker on an electric stove with an area larger than the cooker’s

bottom. When cooking on a gas stove, the fire should not reach the

cooker’s wall (Fig. 2). The pressure cooker is designed for electric stoves,

electromagnetism stoves, gas stoves, etc. with power below 2kW.

1.  Please, read this user manual carefully before using the cooker for the first

time.

2.  Keep in mind that the user will assume full responsibility for any accident that

occurs due to incorrect operation and/or not following the instructions in this

manual.

3.  Do not leave the cooker unattended during use. Someone must be available to

adjust the heat after the release of the pressure-limiting valve, and to limit the

pressure at the appropriate time.

4.  Be very careful when moving the cooker while under pressure. Don’t touch the

metal surface; use handle and use protection if necessary.

5.  Use the pressure cooker only for its intended purpose. Do not use it for any

other purpose.

6.  Because the device cooks food under pressure, it can lead to burning if used

improperly. Close the cooker correctly before using.

7.  Never force the cooker to open. Make sure to open it only after the pressure is

released.

8.  Don’t use the device for dry cooking. This will damage the cooker badly.
9.  Do not fill the cooker to more than 2/3 capacity for cooking food. Do not fill the

cooker more than 1/4 capacity for cooking expansive food such as rice or dry

vegetable, etc.

10. Select proper temperature according to instructions.
11. When cooking pasty foods such as porridge…, shake the cooker slightly before

opening to avoid food spraying out.

12. Check if the pressure-limiting valve, safety valve are blocked before using.
13.  Don’t fry food under pressure.
14. Don’t deviate from the maintenance specified in this manual. Don’t change any

safety system by yourself.

15. Use only matching spare parts provided by the manufacturer; use body and lid

16. Please always keep this manual for require reference.

17. The pressure cooker is designed for household use and can’t be used for

any other purposes. Children and people who don’t know how to use it are

encouraged not to use the cookware. Keep the cooker out of the reach of

children, especially during use.

18. Under pressure, the boiling point of the liquids is below 120°C. A lot of steam

Fig. 2

22. Don’t point the decompression window toward the user or toward the area

where persons often walk.

23. If steam comes out from the safety valve, or the sealing ring is squeezed out

from the decompression window, the power should be turned off immediately.

The problem must be found and solved before using again.

24. Be very careful when moving the cooker under pressure; carry it horizontally

and put down gently.
