7 FRONT WHEEL ASSEMBLY – FOX 34 AND ROCKSHOX PIKE

Unscrew and remove the quick release axle from
the fork.
7 b // Insert the front wheel in the fork dropouts. Make
sure the brake rotor is centered in the brake caliper to
avoid damages.
7 C //
Insert the slightly lubed quick release axle into the
fork from the drive side (RockShox) or the non-drive
side (FOX) until the very end and tighten it clockwise
afterwards.
7 D //
Close the quick release lever to ensure the tight
fit of the front wheel. Do not use any tools to increase
the leverage, close it firmly by hand. The mechanism
comes preadjusted: Once you close the lever so it
is pointed alongside the fork stanchion the wheel is
secured. Please read the manufacturer’s manual.
Airsprung forks and shocks have to be filled
with the correct air pressure before use!
