SERVICE PHONE NUMBERS
(Ap plies to Flash Memory Card version C.MLM.01.05.xxx
and lat er)
Two service phone numbers (Regional and Local), with
labels, can be displayed on
the OP ER A TIONS Screen.
The Default value for the Regional num
ber is the
“North
American Toll Free Number” (1-800-861-1001). How-
ev er, the label and number can be changed to any de sired
value. The De fault val ue for the Lo cal label and number
is blank. The Service Technician en ters the Local phone
num ber and label.
The entry format consists of 4
fi
elds (rows), vertically
from the top. Up to 40 characters/numbers can be
entered for each
fi
eld.
Field 1 –
Regional phone number label. Default val-
ue is “York Intl North American Toll Free
Number”
Field 2 –
Regional phone number. Default value is
1-800-861-1001.
Field 3 –
Local service phone number label. Default
value is blank.
Field 4 –
Local service phone number. Default val ue
is blank.
Use the following procedure to change any of the
fi
elds:
1. At the Keypad, login at SERVICE access lev el us-
ing access code 1 3 8 0.
2. Select OPERATIONS Screen.
3. Press EDIT PHONE NUMBERS Key.
4. Use
S
and
T
keys to move green selection box
to the desired
fi
eld to be changed.
5. Press the ENTER (
✔
) key.
6. In the Dialog box that appears, a red box ap pears
over the
fi
rst changeable value. Use the
◄
and
►
keys to position the red box over the number
character to be changed or entered. Use the
S
and
T
keys to scroll se quen tial ly through num-
bers, al pha bet char ac ters and punc tu a tion marks to
se lect the desired value. When the de sired value
dis played, use the
◄
and
►
keys to move the red
box to the next value to be changed. The numeric
key pad keys can also be used to en ter numbers.
Con tin ue this process until all de sired val ues have
been en tered.
7. After all desired values have been entered in pre-
vi ous step, press ENTER (
✔
) key.
SURGE PROTECTION
(Applies to Flash Memory Card version C.MLM.01.05.xxx
and lat er)
A complete description of the Surge Pro tec tion fea ture
and setpoints that affect this control are provided in the
“Surge Pro tec tion” sec tion of this book. Although most
setpoints are entered with Operator ac cess level, the
Surge Sensitivity setpoint and Total Surge Count clear-
ing require Ser vice access level or higher.
Surge Sensitivity:
1. At the keypad, log in at SERVICE access lev el,
using 1 3 8 0.
2. Select SURGE PROTECTION Screen from COM-
PRES SOR Screen.
3. Press SURGE SENSITIVITY key.
4. Using numeric and decimal point keypad keys,
en ter desired value. Programmable over range of
0.3 to 1.3. Default value is 0.3. Use leading zeroes
where necessary and place decimal point be tween
fi
rst and second digit (ie; 0.3, 1.2, etc.)
5. Press ENTER (
✔
) key.
Clear Surge Count:
This should not be arbitrarily
performed.
1. At the keypad, log in at ADMIN ac cess level. Ob-
tain ADMIN password from local service of
fi
ce.
This pass word changes daily.
2. Select SURGE PRO TEC TION Screen from COM-
PRES SOR Screen.
3. Press CLEAR SURGE COUNT key.
SALES ORDER DATA
All of the Sales Order Data, except the “Chill er Com mis -
sion ing Date” is entered at the YORK Fac to ry at the time
of chill er man u fac ture. The Service Tech ni cian must
enter the Chiller Commissioning Date and modify the
Job Name or Job Location if nec es sary at the com ple tion
of com mis sion ing. Normally, the re main der of the Sales
Or der Data should never be mod i
fi
ed. However, if there
is a change to the chill er design, in the
fi
eld, this data
can be mod i
fi
