The compressor works
abnormally with a

Reason
The voltage is lower than
recommended
Solution
Stop the Ice maker and do not restart until the voltage is
normal

1.There is no water
2.The pump is full of air
3. Incorrect work of the float in the water tank
Solution
1. Fill with water, wait 3 minutes and restart the machine
2. Open the drain cap, and let several drops water runs out
3. Check if the float is assembled correct
The device works but

Reason
Refrigerant leaks / Sealed system is blocked

Solution
1. Turn the unit off, clear the ice under the ice making tray
and restart the unit

Turn the device off, gently push the tray backwards, wait 3
minutes and turn the device on

Empty the ice cube tank or remove stucked ice cube
The device is leaking
Reason
1. Incorrect work of the float in the water tank
