8. ALARMS and DEFINITION

A1 Emergency Stop Button Pressed Emergency stop button is pressed. Turn the button in clockwise direction
to release.
A2 Low Air Pressure Air deficiency


Check air conditioner whether air is
flowing.


Check compressor.
A3 Electricity cut off Phase is not supplied.

Check electricity distribution.

Check the power supply cables.

Check fuses.
A4 Low oil level Lubricating oil is run out off. Add oil.
A6 Door Open !
A12 Profile Feed Piston not retracted
(P1) !..


Piston may not come back
completely.

If the piston is its back position,
sensor may not detect the piston.
Check valve of the piston or sensor.
A13 Profile feed side piston not retracted
(P2) !..


Piston may not push forward
completely.


If the piston is its forward position,
sensor may not detect the piston.

If piston is not pushed forward, check
valve and air pipes.

When the piston is its forward position
and sensor does not detect, adjust the
position of the sensor.

If sensor still does not identify the
piston, sensor may be broken.
A14 Wrong Profile Height !..
The entered profile dimension may
be wrong.
Encoder reads wrong value
If encoder reads wrong value, calibrate
the encoder.
A15 Profile feed counter clamping piston
not retracted (P3) !..


Piston may not come back
completely.

If the piston is its back position,
sensor may not detect the piston.
Check valve of the piston or sensor.
A16 Wrong Profile Width !..
The entered profile dimension may
be wrong.
Encoder reads wrong value.
If encoder reads wrong value, calibrate
the encoder.
