LENGHT (
Column 9
) :
It should be in text format of maximum 8 characters
(The cutting length of the profile is entered in
this column after multiplying by 10. For example, if the cutting length is 755 mm, 7550 should be entered in the column.
Cutting length should be entered by adding 6 mm welding margin.)
INCH_MM (
Column 10
) :
It should be in text format of maximum 1 character.
(This column introduces the measuring unit to
the machine. Format should be as shown below.)
0 = mm
1 = inch
FRAME_X (
Column 11
) :
It should be in text format of maximum 8 characters
(The horizontal axis of frame is entered in this
column after multiplying by 10. For example, if the value is 876 mm, 8760 should be entered in the column. This is the
final dimension after welding.)
FRAME_Y (
Column 12
) :
It should be in text format of maximum 8 characters
(The vertical axis of frame is entered in this
column after multiplying by 10. For example, if the value is 876 mm, 8760 should be entered in the column. This is the
final dimension after welding.)
POSE_NO (
Column 13
) :
It should be in integer format of maximum 5 digits.
(This can also be interpreted as window
number. For instance, if an apartment has 3 rooms and each room has 1 window, Poz number should be given to each
window such as, Poz1, Poz2, Poz3, etc.)
TROLLEY (
Column 14
) :
It should be in integer format of maximum 3 digits.
(The number of trolley that is used for carrying
the profiles after cutting process is entered in this column.)
UNIT (
Column15
)
:
It should be in integer format of maximum 3 digits.
(The shelf number of trolley that is used for
carrying the profiles after cutting process is entered in this column.)
LEFT_ANGLE (
Column 16
)
:
It should be in integer format of maximum 3 digits.
(The cutting angle of the left side of
profile is entered in this column. For example, if the angle is 45 degrees, 450 should be entered in the column. For an
angle of 86,5 degrees, 865 is entered)
RIGHT_ANGLE (
Column 17
) :
It should be in integer format of maximum 3 digits.
(The cutting angle of the right side of
profile is entered in this column. For example, if the angle is 45 degrees, 450 should be entered in the column. For an
angle of 86,5 degrees, 865 is entered)
SIDE (
Column 18
) :
It should be in integer format of maximum 1 digit.
(The value entered in this column defines the
direction of profile. The direction of profile should be given as following.)
1 = Left
2 = Top
3 = Right
4 = Bottom
CUTED (
Column 19
):
It should be in integer format of maximum 1 digit.
(Initially, this value should be “0”. When profile is
cut, the value automatically changes to “1”. “0” means that profile is not cut and “1” defines that profile has been
processed.)
HEIGHT (
Column20
):
It should be in integer format of maximum 8 digits.
(The height of the profile is entered in this section)
SELLER (
Column 21
)
:
It should be in text format of maximum 24 characters
(The name of secondary customer is entered in
this section. For instance, it can be interpreted as the customer of customer.)
IMMAGE (
Column 22
) :
It should be in text format of maximum 50 characters
(The path of the image is entered in this
column. Path should be defined as \\ X \\ IMAGE \\
………. Figures should be black- white (monochrome) and have
*.bmp extension.)
PAIR (
Column 23
) :
It should be in integer format of maximum 4 digits.
(This column includes the program number of the
counter pair profile of the current profile which is under process. For instance, consider the frame Poz1, the program
number of left profile is 3 and the program number of the right profile is 7. In this case, the PAIR column of the
program with number 3 is entered as 7. Similarly, the PAIR column of program number 7 includes 3. This means that
the pair of the profile stored in program number 3 is in program number 7.)
TOTAL SIZE (
Column 24
) :
It should be in text format of maximum 8 characters
(The total length of the profile to be
mounted should be entered in this column after multiplying with 10. For instance, the length of a 6 m (6000mm) profile
should be entered as 60000.)
PICE_NO (
Column 25
) :
It should be in integer format of maximum 8 digits.
(The number of parts that are obtained by
cutting the raw profile should be entered in this column. For instance in case 4 pieces are cut from the mounted
profile, the part number of the first piece is 1, second one is 2, etc.)
