greater than the thickness of the riving knife.
After each disc change and before starting work, run the machine without load for 30 seconds. If abnormal vibrations are detected,
switch off the machine immediately and proceed with the replacement of the cutting disc. Never stand when starting the cutter in
such a way that any part of the body remains in the plane of rotation of the abrasive disc. This will reduce the risk of serious injury
if the damaged disc falls apart.
The disc may still rotate for some time after the machine is switched off .
The table insert should be replaced if wear is observed.
It is necessary to check the condition of the ventilation openings, check if they are not clogged, each time before starting work.
If necessary, disconnect the machine from the power supply and then clean the ventilation openings with a soft brush before
starting work.
Do not use the tool in a potentially explosive environment or in one where sparks may cause fi re or explosion.
Lift and transport the tool by grasping the base. Hands should be keep away from the abrasive disc. Make sure that all moving
parts are locked before lifting or transporting. Do not use guards to lift or transport the tool.
Only use the tool with properly functioning, properly maintained and properly fi xed guards.
Keep the workplace fl oor clean.
Note! Do not remove cut parts or other parts of the workpiece from the cutting area while the tool is operating with the cutting
disc rotating.
All repairs or replacements should be carried out by an authorised service centre of the manufacturer.
Ensure correct and safe cutting. Before starting work, make sure that the tool is stable. If necessary, attach the tool to the table. If
necessary, ensure support of a long workpiece.
Always store the workpiece pusher with the machine when not in use.
Residual risks
The machine has been designed and built according to good construction practices and safety principles. However, there may be
residual risks when using the product.
Health hazard related to the electric power supply due to the use of improper power cords.
Noise hazard related to failure to use hearing protection.
Residual risks can be minimised by strictly following the safety instructions.
Extension cords
If it is necessary to connect the product using extension cords, the cross-section of the extension cords should not be smaller than
the cross-section of the power cord supplied with the product. In the case of extension cords longer than 25 m, the cross-section
of the conductors should not be less than 1.5 mm

PRODUCT OPERATION
Note! Make sure that the product is disconnected from the power supply before beginning activities related to assembly, setting or
adjustment. The power cord should be disconnected from the power socket.
Preparing the tool for operation
Unpack the product by entirely removing all packaging components. Check that the product is complete.
All bolted (screw) connections equipped with a nut must be fi tted with a spring washer and a fl at washer under the nut.
Initially, bolted connections should only be bolted so that there is a clearance left, required for fi nal assembly. If the connections are
tightened with full force immediately, complete assembly is not possible. All bolted connections must be tightened after assembly
and before the machine is used.
First of all, the work table extensions must be installed. To do this, turn the machine with the table facing down and then apply the
table extensions so that the edges of the extensions are in line with the edges of the work table. Fix the extensions using the bolted
connections. Use bolts and nuts to fi x the table top bracket (II) to the extreme corners of the table.
Fix the base legs and the lower parts of the table brackets (III) to the openings in the corners of the saw base with base.
Put the rubber feet (IV) on the ends of the legs. In the middle of their length the legs have openings to which base reinforcements
(V) should be fi xed with screws and nuts. This will give you a stable base.
Attach additional brackets (VI) to the rear legs using screws and nuts to prevent the saw from tipping over.
Note! The reinforcement must be attached to the rear legs on the opposite side of the switch.
Place the saw on its legs.
Set up the riving knife. To do this, unscrew the fi xing screws of the table insert (VII). Using the cutting height and angle knob, pull
the saw up as far as possible and set it to 0
O
. Check the distance between the edge of the riving knife and the circular saw (VIII).
If it diff ers from the illustration, loosen the knife-fi xing screw (IX), position the knife, and then tighten the knife-fi xing screw fi rmly
and securely. Fix the table insert.
