Operation by External Remote Mode 

The external remote operations are available for MOTOWELD-E500III as follows: 

1. Gas check 
2. Switch of user files 

 
For external remote operations, connect contacts (dry contacts) to the pin terminals which 
come from adjacent to the connector on the robot controller side of welding command cable.

Gas Check 

Connect the contacts to the pin terminals “GAS” and “COM”, which come from adjacent to the 
connector of the welding command cable. 
 

- Contact ON (closed): The shielding gas flows with the gas magnet valve ON.
