Fuel cock
The fuel cock controls the fuel flow by turning the fuel
cock lever.
RUN
Turn the fuel cock lever to this position to start the
engine and when the engine is running.
STOP
Turn the fuel cock lever to this position when the Snow-
blower is not being used.
CARBURETOR DRAIN
Turn the fuel cock lever to this position to drain the fuel
from the carburetor.
HOSE DRAIN
Turn the fuel cock lever to this position to drain the fuel
in the fuel hose between the fuel cock and the carbure-
tor.
For storage, turn the fuel cock lever to this position.
Skid
Skid is used to determine a clearance between the
auger end and the road surface. Adjust the clearance
according to road surface conditions (See page 5-12).

If the clearance between the road surface and the
auger end is too small, auger wear may increase
and the road surface could be damaged.
