• Measure the voltage (DC 12 V) of brown

on the meter assembly coupler.

• Is the voltage within specification?

Replace the meter
assembly.

The wiring circuit
from the main switch

and must be re-
paired.

• Check the tail/brake light bulbs and sock-

ets for continuity.
Refer to “CHECKING THE BULBS AND
BULB SOCKETS”.

• Are the tail/brake light bulbs and sockets

OK?

Replace the tail/
brake light bulb,
socket or both.
