FRONT BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER

WARNING

• Before installation, all internal brake com-

ponents should be cleaned and lubricated
with clean or new brake fluid.

• Never use solvents on internal brake

components.

Recommended brake fluid

DOT 4

1. Install:

• brake master cylinder kit 

1

NOTE:

Install the spring with its smaller diameter end
towards the circlip and dust boot.

New

2. Install:

• brake master cylinder 

1

• brake master cylinder holder

NOTE:

• Align the projection

 on the brake master

cylinder with the hole

 in the handlebar.

• First tighten the front bolt, then the rear bolt.
