Checking steps:

NOTE:

When checking the air cooler, connect the
hoses

to the air cooler.

1. Connect the special service tool

to the

inlet or outlet of the air cooler water pas-
sage.

2. Cover the other end

of the water pas-

sage with a finger.

3. Apply the specified positive pressure and

check that the pressure is maintained.

4. Connect the special service tools

and

to the inlet and outlet of the air cooler

air passage.

5. Apply the specified positive pressure and

check that the pressure is maintained.
