11. Tighten the engine mounting bolts

the specified torque.

12. Check that the coupling clearances
a
and
b
are within specification. If the clear-
ances are out of specification, adjust them
again.
13. Install the coupling cover

and collar,
and then tighten the coupling cover bolt
6
to the specified torque.
14. Install the electrical box 7 , and then
tighten the electrical box bolts 8 to the
specified torque.
15. Install the muffler assembly
9
into the
water lock, and then tighten the muffler
assembly bolts
0
to the specified torque
in the seguence shown.
CAUTION:
Do not reuse the muffler gasket, always re-
place it with a new one.

Less than 0.5 mm (0.020 in) (with
rubber damper)
