LOWER UNIT (DUAL PROPELLER MODELS)
INSTALLING THE PROPELLERS
1. Install:
• Forward propeller
WARNING
Do not hold the propeller with your hands
when removing or installing it. Be sure to
remove the battery leads from the batteries
and the clip from the engine stop lanyard
switch. Put a block of wood between the
cavitation plate and propeller to keep the
propeller from turning.

2. Bend:
• Toothed washer teeth
3. Install:
• Rear propeller
WARNING

NOTE:
If the groove in the propeller nut is not
aligned with the cotter pin hole, tighten the
nut further until they are aligned.
