Replacing a headlight bulb or

a position light bulb

1. Headlight mounting bolt.

2. Headlight adjusting bolt.

1. Screw (

If a headlight bulb or a position light
bulb burns out, replace it as follows.

Headlight bulb.

Do not touch the glass part of the

headlight bulb to keep it free from

oil, otherwise the transparency of

the glass, the luminosity of the

bulb, and the bulb life will be

adversely affected. Thoroughly

clean off any dirt and fingerprints

on the headlight bulb using a cloth

moistened with alcohol or thinner

1. Place the motorcycle on the center-

stand.

Remove the headlight side cover

by removing screws.

3. Remove headlight mounting bolt.

4. Remove headlight adjusting bolt

5. Remove headlight unit from head-

light stay.
