ASSEMBLING THE PRIMARY SHEAVE
1. Clean:
• primary sliding sheave face

• primary fixed sheave face

• collar
3
• weights

• primary sliding sheave cam face
TIP:

Remove any excess grease.
2. Install:
• weights

TIP:

• Apply Yamaha Grizzly grease (90 g) to the
whole outer surface of the weights and
install.
• Apply Yamaha Grizzly grease (2.5 g) to the
inner surface of the collar.
• Apply Yamaha Grizzly grease (2.5 g) to the
inner surface of the primary sliding sheave.
