plate, or specifically recommended b y Yamaha.

Do not place this prod u ct in a position w here any-
one co u ld w alk on, trip o v er, or roll anything o v er po w er or con-
necting cords of any kind. The u se of an extension cord is not
recommended! If yo u m u st u se an extension cord, the minim u m
w ire size for a 25’ cord (or less ) is 18 A W G. NOTE: The smaller
the A W G n u m b er, the larger the c u rrent handling capacity. For
longer extension cords, cons u lt a local electrician.

Battery Notice:
This prod u ct MAY contain a small non-rechargea b le b attery
w hich (if applica b le) is soldered in place. The a v erage life span
of this type of b attery is approximately fi v e years. W hen replace-
ment b ecomes necessary, contact a q u alified ser v ice represen-
tati v e to perform the replacement.
This prod u ct may also u se “ho u sehold” type b atteries. Some of
these may b e rechargea b le. Make s u re that the b attery b eing
charged is a rechargea b le type and that the charger is intended
for the b attery b eing charged.
W hen installing b atteries, ne v er mix old b atteries w ith ne w ones,
and ne v er mix different types of b atteries. Batteries MUST b e
installed correctly. Mismatches or incorrect installation may

The name plate is located on the b ottom of the prod u ct. The
model n u m b er, serial n u m b er, po w er req u irements, etc., are
located on this plate. Yo u sho u ld record the model n u m b er, serial
n u m b er, and the date of p u rchase in the spaces pro v ided b elo w
and retain this man u al as a permanent record of yo u r p u rchase.
