CYLINDER
1. Install:

spring
master cylinder kit

2. Install:

circlip
master cylinder boot

3. Install:

master cylinder

4. Install:

washer
pin
cotter pin
hose

clip

5. Install:

copper washers

New

brake hose

union bolt

When installing the brake hose onto the
brake master cylinder, make sure that the
brake pipe touches the projection

shown.

Proper brake hose routing is essential to in-
sure safe motorcycle operation. Refer to
“CABLE ROUTING”.

6. Fill:

brake fluid reservoir
