COMPONENTES ELÉCTRICOS
Charging method with a constant voltage
charger
a.
Measure the open circuit voltage, before
loading.
NOTE:
The voltage should be measured after 30
minutes without using the battery.
b.
Connect a charger and an ammeter to the
battery and start charging.
c.
Make sure that the current is higher than the
standard charging current in the battery
written.
NOTE:
If the load current is less than the written charge
level in the battery charger such
Battery may not charge the MF battery. It
recommends a variable voltage charger.
d.
Charge the battery until the charging voltage of
the battery is 15 V.
NOTE:
Set the charging time at 20 hours (maximum).
e.
Measuring the load voltage of the battery
open circuit, after having been unused for
more than 30 minutes.

CHECKING THE RELAYS
Check continuity of each switch pocket tester. If the
continuity reading is incorrect, replace the relay.
Multimeter
1.
Disconnect the relay harness cable assembly.
2.
Connect the multimeter (Ù × 1) and battery
terminal (12 V) to the relay terminal as shown.
Check the operation of the relay.
OOS
Replace יו.
12.8 V or more --- Charging complete.
12.7 V or less --- Recharging is required.
Under 12.0 V --- Replace the battery.
