APPENDIX 1 TROUBLE SHOOTING
The printer and the software alert any abnormal status with an error code and relevant error message. Check the
following charts for the standard procedures for troubleshooting.
If any issue persists, please contact your service representative.

Z axis motor upward movement
abnormalities or Z axis top sensor
malfunctioned
Reboot the printer and try to move the platform again by
selecting [SETTINGS] > [Platform] > [Go Top] on the main
menu.
1002
Z axis motor downward movement
abnormalities or Z axis bottom
sensor malfunctioned
Reboot the printer and try to move the platform again by
selecting [SETTINGS] > [Platform] > [Go Bottom] on the
main menu.
1003
Tag reader malfunctioned
Remove the tank, and check the status of ID tag reader
through the mirror under the tank slot. Please check if the
ID tag reader is in place, the LED indicator illuminates, and
the connector is securely attached.
Contact the service center after you have checked the
status of the printer.
1004
Engine board error
Contact the service center for help.
1005
Y-sensor or Y-motor malfunctioned
Check if the printing module lock at the bottom of the
printer has been released.

PD sensor error
Contact the service center for help.

Engine issue detected

Engine issue detected

Wi-Fi module malfunctioned.

LAN connection failure

Wiper module malfunctioned

Resin refilling failure
Replace the resin cartridge, and make sure the nozzle cap
is securely closed.

Resin bottle not detected
Insert a XYZprinting resin bottle into the cartridge slot.
Also, please check if the ID tag is attached to the bottom
