Buffer solution values
During the buffer adjustment, pHix is calibrated in accordance to the pH values of the
buffer solutions. It is therefore important to use as accurate buffer solutions as possible,
i.e. to ensure that a pH 7 buffer solution in fact has a pH value of exactly 7. For more
