Adjusting Speaker Volume

Use the following instructions to adjust the loudness of the 
speaker.

½

Ensure that the LCD displays date and time (Fax Standby 
mode).

If not, press [Copy/Fax/Scan] until FAX displays, then press 
[Select].

½

Press [Manual Dial]. You’ll hear a dial tone.

½

Press 

 or 

 repeatedly until you find the required 

loudness. The display shows the current volume level.

½

Press [Stop] to save the setting and return to Standby 
mode.
